Partners lets people in the community come together to save and borrow money at affordable rates, and is operated on a not-for-profit basis, with surpluses being returned to members.

Safe and Easy Savings

It couldn't be simpler...

•  Arrange a Standing Order payment from your bank and be sure of regular payments to your Credit Union account (you can do this when you join, by filling in the 'Standing Order' section of the Application Form)

• Pay by cheque/cash/postal order into the office or one of our collection points

• Pay by Paypoint Card at one of many outlets not just in Merseyside but around the Country

• Use our payroll deduction service (savings taken directly from your wages) if your employer is one of our 'sponsoring employers', and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your savings are quietly adding up

Your savings with the Credit Union are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), up to £50,000. The FSCS is a safety net for customers of financial services.  Please see our Is My Money Safe section for further details.

You can request a statement by calling, visiting or emailing our staff (details on our 'Contact Us' page). Sign up for a PIN number and you can also get further information about your balances and transactions online.

Flexible & Convenient Loans

Members can apply for flexible loans 3 months after joining, and repay at tailor-made schedules. All our loans come with free life insurance and can also be insured, against accident, sickness and / or redundancy.

Dividend on Savings

Every year we try to pay a dividend on members’ savings, this obviously depends on the surplus for that financial year.

You can be assured of a professional service from Credit Union at all times, and you do not pay a transaction fee for saving with us, or borrowing money.
